Upon arrival at the Medical Center,
you must register at the reception desk and you will be asked if you:
are a new patient
have an expired hospital identification card, or
your address, insurance or other pertinent information has changed since your last visit.
Please allow extra time to arrive and register before any
scheduled appointment.
